"1st. Aplace that will will give James the advantages he wants. 2d. A place that will give Mamie equally good advantages 3d. A place where both these can be most cheaply." John seamed to bind upon himself the great burden of the education of Mamie and I. I do not agree with him entirely on all points but John was terriblely sincere he said "that he had received an expensive education &c. the other are really entitled to more than I becaus thay wore yonger than I and at the age of twentyone and eighteen respectively ought to receive the same amount that I was intitled to at age." He said "that we should be raised to the age of twenty one and then the property divided equally." but the law divides it before so that a babe would receive no more than than a man raised
