Professor [Coolly?] of that department. But permit me to repeat one of the questions I asked in my last and ask annother one viz Is Master E. Webster coming here to attend the public schools and the perticulars about the draft which I asked so particularly about. You must forgive me for repeating this but I have been much worried about it every since I left home. About the barrel of "home things", I cannot but say that they will be welcome; but I am afraid you will be robbing yourself, now you must not do that: and as I think you cannot send the proposed things without stinting yourselves I cannot but say that you should be allowed to send the box but if sent; probally by frieght would be the best "that is" the cheepest way, though the cartage must be considered. If it will cost is only fourty cents more by express they should come by express for it will cost that much
