February, SATURDAY 27, 1864 Came off guard. Weather warm and pleasant. R M Smith Wm. H Tincker SUNDAY 28. Company inspection in AM Dress parade in PM. Weather pleasant, and warm. Companies [I?] and B returned from Snickars Gap. with 2 prisoner 4 horses and a Suttlers wagon MONDAY 29. The 34th. Regt. mustered for pay. On camp guard, post No. 2 but changed to No. 1. A cold north wind. Commenced snowing at 1 o'clock PM.
