Where we camped for the night. 43 miles from our camp the night previous. The scouting parties had all returned during the day with exception of those from our company and H Lieut and six men from H. The orderly Sergt and nine men from E one of ours returned during the day he was taken prisoner but escaped during the excitement of the skirmish May 13th Arrived at La Grange about noon. our orderly with his squad with the exception of one man. returned during the afternoon.
