25 the Boats have comenced to move up the yaso river I should think about 10 miles 26 we are ordered of the Boat formed in line heared a good deal of Canonading about 3 miles of marched about 100 rods ordered to stack arms and be ready at a minuets notice they took 3 guns it was fort union we was ordered to be ready to march at 4 am 27 got up and ready waited
