A Hen's Nest Cut some Lemon Peel very fine, strew some over the bottom of a Dish, till it is cover'd over, then fill some Egg Shells with Flummery, when cold turn them out, and lay them on the Lemon Peel, cover it all over with Jelly Rice Cake A quarter of a pound of ground Rice, a quarter of a pound of Flour, half a pound of Loaf Sugar, half a pound of Butter, four Eggs leaving out the whites of the two. Mix the Rice, Flour, and Sugar together first, then add Butter a quarter of an Hour will bake them in the small Pans. Apricot Pudding Coddle six large Apricots very tender, break them very small, and sweeten them to your taste, when cold add six Eggs, but only two whites, a little cream, but in Puff Paste, and bake it half an Hour in a slow Oven, grate sugar over it.
