6 To Make Thin Pancakes. Take a pint of Skim'd Milk, & three Large Spoonfulls of Flour. Six Eggs. Leaving out half the whites; two Spoon-fulls of pow-der Sugar, a little Salt & Half a nutmeg. Mix These Ingredients Well together. Melt a Quarter of a pound of Butter. Let it stand till it is almost Cold. Then pour it in & keep it Stirring Fry them over a Quick fire. & not turn them Rub the pan With a bit of Butter for The first Pancake. & use none Afterwards. Run this Mixture into the pan as thin as possible. Before you send Them to Table grater a Little Sugar of Them
