9 Butter In the Same manner you may do Carp, Tench, Trout. or any other firm fish-- An Aple Pudding to Bake Take 12 Large fair pippins. Coddle Them Over the fire very Slowly that They do not Crack When they are soft peel & Core them & pulp them thru a Cullender Add to this 3 Spoonfulls of Orange-flower Water 10 Eggs well beaten & strained half a pound of good Butter Melted Make it very Sweet Add Candy'd Orange Lemon or Citron peel Put a Sheet of puff paste into a dish. And pour in Your Pudding Bake it with Care it is done in half An hour} Therefore Mind What You Are About
