32 To Make Lemon Cheese Cakes. To one Lemon Grate all the Rind put it to the Juice of almost the whole Lemon half the pulp & a Quarter of a pound of Sugar, then beat up the Yolks of Six Eggs four Whites, then Melt A Quarter of pound of Butter with three Spoonfuls of Cream, you must mix your pulp, Rine & Juice, Sugar, & Eggs, together, then when your melted Butter is a Little Cold put it all together & keep it stiring over a Slow Fire, till it Comes to A Substance, then
