Puddings and Sweets. Plain Semolina Pudding Mix an ounce of arrowroot with a little cold milk quite smooth, then gradually pour in one quart of boiling milk, drill in 3 ounces of semolina, let it stand till cold. Stir in two eggs well beaten, add sugar flavoring of lemon peel or spice & bake one hour. Half the quantity may be used. Lemon Cream.
