Isingglass in a little water, whisk 1/2 pint of cream to a strong froth, then add the apples with some powdered sugar, stir it all well together & put it into a mould. Little Puddings. Take a pint of milk & melt 2 oz of butter in half of it; the yolks of 4 eggs the whites of 2, beat separately first; then beat all well together with 2 oz of flour, 2 oz of powdered sugar & the rest of the milk. Fill the cups 3 parts full & bake in a quick oven 3/4 of an hour. Tapioca Jelly. Choose the largest sort, pour
