Weston Marmalade Take 16 Seville Oranges 2 Sweet ones & 2 lemons Cut very finally, pour over it 7 quarts of boiling water & let it stand for 24 hrs. then add 12 lbs of preserving sugar & boil for 4 hours stirring it occasionally to keep it from burning
