boiled Potatoes mealy, very fine, to which put hot water till as thin as batter before it is quite cold add 2 table spoonfuls of yeast & two ounces of brown sugar, set it near the fire to ferment a few hours, it will be fit for use in 12 hours & will keep a month or two in a cool place. The bread may be made as with common yeast only it will require to stand longer to rise before it is baked.
