Gay Ribbon Loaf 1 10x5x3 --Loaf angel food 1 pint mint ice cream 1 " strawberry " " 1 " Heavy cream. 1 tablesp sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups shredded coconut tinted pink cut cake lengthwise spoon mint ice cream between bottom & middle layer. Then strawberry between middle & top place in freezing comp. whip cream add sugar & vanilla & blend; spread over top and sides. To Tint coconut Add enough red fruit coloring to 2 tablespoon water to make the desired color. Shake with coconut in covered jar until coconut is evenly tinted Drain sprinkle on loaf and return to freezing compartment.
