Dutch Apple Cake Serve with milk or Cream for desert. Separate 2 eggs. beat yolks and add one cup milk. Sift 2 teaspoon of B.P. with 1 1/4 cups flour. add this to milk & egg and beat. Fold in beaten whites. Put in shallow pan, then press into the batter quarters of tasty apples. sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake till Brown and the apples are cooked. Baked Sea Food Salad. 1 # or 1 can Crab meat 1 # " 1 " Shrimp 1 cup chopped celery 1 sml " onion 1 " " Green pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce 1 cup Mayonaise 1 " Buttered Crumbs Saute onions green pepper in 1 tbs butter until soft add other ingredients place in buttered shell & cover with Crumbs. Bake 30 min, 350 oven
