Cucumber Relish 18 large cucumbers 8 mangoes 8 onions 1 cup Horseradish ground 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 tablespoon mustard seed 1 1/2 cup sugar. Peel cucumbers cut into halves or quarters take seed out. grind C-M- and Onions Put ice one cup salt and let stand until morning. Drain well add Horseradish celery seed & mustard & sugar cover with vinegar and heat thru.
