Bran Nut Bread 2 cups Pillsbury's flour 2 " " health bran 2 tablespoons sugar (or molasses) 3/4 cup chopped nuts 3 teaspoons B. powder 1 egg 2 tablespoons shortening 2/3 teaspoons salt 1 1/3 cups milk Sift flour, B.powder & salt Add bran Add milk to well beaten egg Then add to flour mixture slowly beating all the while Add sugar (or molasses) and lastly the melted shortening and nuts Bake one hour.
