Orange sour cream Doughnuts 2 eggs beaten light 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup thick sour cream 3 " sifted flour 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 " cinnamon 1/2 " soda 1/2 " baking powder 1/2 " salt Grated rind of 1 orange Add sugar and sour cream to beaten eggs and beat thoroughly Sift dry ingredients together several times and add grated rind. Stir into egg and sour cream mixture to make a soft dough. If the doughnuts seems to soft add more flour.
