Lobster Pudding [illegible] & pound a small lobster; take 3 quarters of a pint of good milk. Soak a few crumbs of bread in it, enough to make it the consistence of a pudding - Season it with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cloves, & a spoonful of essence of anchovy.
