Lemon Dumplings 1/2 pound of grated bread, 1/4 pound Suet chopped fine, 1/4 pound of moist sugar, one egg, the juice and peel of one fine lemon, boil them in teacups 3 quarters of an hour, then turn them in a dish and strew a little fine sugar over them. Wine sauce may be added if agreeable. A nice baked pudding 2 oz of flour, 2 oz of sugar, 2 oz of butter melted, 3 eggs leaving out one white, & a pint of milk, bake
