Rice Cheesecake 4 Eggs, 1/4 lb ground rice, 1/4 lb white sugar, powdered, 1/4 lb fresh butter, + a little grated lemon peel: the Yolks of the Eggs, + the sugar must be well beaten together, then the rice added, + and afterwards the butter a little warmed over the fire: the whites of the eggs must be beaten till quite stiff, + then mix all gently together
