A Bakewell Pudding Line a tar dish with Puff - paste + strew over it a variety of preserves, then fill three parts with the following mixture; 1/2 a pound of clarified butter, 1/2 lb of lump sugar, 9 yolks + 2 whites of eggs, with any kind of flavour most approved. To be baked in a moderate oven well, + when cold grate over fine white sugar, + stick over almonds, + candid lemon.
