Apple Pancakes. Half a teaspoonful of Borwick's Baking Powder, & a little salt, to two tablespoonfuls of flour, add two eggs well beaten, & enough milk to make a smooth & rather thin batter, then take a little powdered cinnamon, grated lemon peel, two ounces of currants, & six apples pealed & chopped; mix well together; melt some butter in a frying pan, & do not put the mixture in till quite hot.
