Pour the syrup off the oranges & add it to the other, & when boiling skim it, put into the oranges, & boil all together for a quarter of an hour. take out the oranges & if the syrup is not rich enough let it boil a little longer. In preserving sweet oranges the juice of 2 Seville oranges should be added to every 6 sweet
