Salmon Salad 1 can Salmon 1/2 t. salt 1 1/2 table spoon sugar 1 table spoon flour 1 t. mustard 1 1/2 table spoon melted butter 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup vinegar 3/4 table spoon Knox Gelatine in Hot water Rinse salmon in water mix Dry ingredients in the liquid Cucumber sauce for same. 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/4 t. salt 2 table spoon vinegar 1 cucumber cut in cubes & drained & chopped - drain & mix in whip cream.
