Eggless Cake 1 c brown sugar 1 tsp. soda 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c sour milk 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 c flour 1 c raisins Beat butter and sugar together. Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add to first mixture alternating with the milk. Add raisins dredged with flour. Bake in a loaf or as cup cakes in a moderately quick oven. Graham Cracker cake. 1/2 c butter 1 c milk 1 c sugar 1 1/2 c flour 2 eggs 1 c graham crackers rolled 1 1/2 tsp. B. P. Cream the butter, add sugar gradually, eggs well beaten then the milk. Add graham crackers then the flour sifted with the B. P. Bake in layers in a moderately quick oven.
