Orange Filling 1/2 c sugar 1/4 c orange juice 2 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Grated rind 1/2 orange 1 egg slightly beaten 1 tsp. butter Mix ingredients in order given. Cook ten minutes in a double boiler, stirring constantly. Cool before spreading. Confectioners' Frosting 2 tbsp. boiling water or cream. confectioners' sugar Flavoring To the liquid add enough sifted sugar to make of right consistency to spread; then add flavoring. Moist Chocolate Cake 1/3 c butter 1/2 c hot mashed potato 1 c sugar 1 oz. chocolate 2 eggs 1/4 c milk
