31 Snow Jelly. Mrs Ed Rawson 1/2 box Gelatine dissolved in one qt water 1/2 lb sugar, whites of three Eggs, juice of four lemons. Beat to a stiff foam. an hour. Put in dishes and pour in soft custard. Set in the ice. Cottage Pudding' 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 pint flour, 2 tablespoonfuls butter, 2 teaspoonfuls cream tarter, 1 teaspoonful soda. Bake half an hour in sponge cake basin. Eat with sauce.
