Dried Apple Cake. 2 Cups of Dried Apples. 3 " " Molasses 3 Cups of Flour 1 " " Butter 1 Teaspoon of Cloves 2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon 1" " Soda 1 lb of Raisins 1/2 lb of Citron. Soak the apples over night. Chop them fine the next morning; then stew them in the Molasses until tender.
