Delicate Indian Pudding 1 Qt. milk 2 heaping tablespoonfuls Indian Meal 3 tablespoonfuls sugar 1 " butter 3 eggs 1 teaspoonful salt Boil milk in double boiler. Sprinkle meal into it, stirring all the while. Cook twelve minutes stirring often. Beat together eggs, salt, sugar & 1/2 teaspoonful ginger. Stir butter into the meal & milk, pour gradually on the egg mixture. Bake slowly one hour.
