Ground rice pudding 1 egg and one table. (not heaping) of ground rice to 1 pint of milk sweeten and [illegible] to the taste Put on the milk to boil reserving a little to moisten the rice [illegible] when boiling stir in the rice and stir until it boils again Then sweeten and [spice?] it put in A small piece of Butter beat the Eggs seperatly Stir it in slowely bake it 20 Minutes
