To Make Elderwine First please geather your berrys in fine drye day and then pick them of the Stalk and to every gallon of berrys put a gallon of water and ster them togeather leting them stand two or three days, and then boil it altogeather for half A hour And then strain it of and well squeese your berrys and then misher it into your Copper puting three pounds of Sugar to every gallon of Liquor and boil it half A hour more and well skim it the while it is A boilen and when it is most Cold put A toast with some yeast for it to worke and in two or three Days put it in your Cast when it have don working put in it brandy Cake and all sort of Spices tyed up in Littel bags and then put in your bung tite in thee monts time fit for Use
