Choc cookies 1 cup sugar 2 cup crisco 2 eggs well beaten 3 squares melted choc from 1/2 # cake 1/2 cup sweet milk 1 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp b.p. 3/4 cup nut meat bake in a slow oven 375 F. Mrs. Vetter Frosting for above put choc in pan add butter let stand on oven while baking then add powder sugar & cream & vanilla to the choc, then still let stand on oven untill ready to frost frost while still warm, Sweet choc cookies 2 sq. sweet choc cut up. 1 c dates 1/2 c nut meats cream 1 c shortening 3/4 c b. sugar 3/4 c w sugar 2 eggs. 1 scant tes b. soda dissolved in 2 T. warm water 1 tea vanilla 3 c flour. Mary Stuede Pudding quarter apples. 3 eggs beaten 1 c sugar. 1/4 c. warm water 1 tea vanilla 1 c flour. pour over apples serve. sauce made of 2 T sour cream 1 C B sugar
