Pies Lemon Pie 1 cup hot water 1 " sugar 1 tablespoon butter 3 eggs Juice of 1 lemon Leave 1 white for top 2 1/2 tablespoon flour Apple Pie 1 qt. sliced apple 1/2 cup sugar cinnimon 1/2 tablespoon butter 2 crusts Custard Pie 2 cups milk 3 eggs well beaten 1/2 cup sugar Lemon extract Banana Pie Bake pie crust first just before serving take 4 large bananas 1/4 cup sugar Serve with whipped cream. Rhubarb Pie 1/2 cup hot water 1 " sugar 2 egg yokes 1 cup rhubarb boiled & sweetened Boil together & put in pie. Pumpkin Pie 1 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin 1 1/2 " milk 1/2 " sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon flour 1 tesp. cinnimon 1 " ginger 1/2 " cloves 1/2 " alspice 1 egg well beaten
