drop choc cookies 2 Bar sweet choc. cut up 1 c. dates cut, 1/2 c. nuts cut 1 c. shortening half + half 3/4 c b. sugar 3/4 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 scant tes. B soda dissoved in 2 T. hot water 1 tes vanilla 3c. flour Mary S Drop cookie 1 1/2 c B sugar, 1/2 c. butter or other 2 eggs, 2 1/2 c. flour. 1/2 tes B.P. 1 tes soda, 1 c. thick sour cream. 1 tes vanilla bake in mod. oven 10 min Mrs Olson 3 T. butter brown to golden brown 1 T. hot water and powder sugar & vanilla.
