Pimento Sandwitch spread No matter what the weather or occasion a good sandwitch spread always come in handy. the spread is easily prepared and utilizes many valuable foods mix 1 T. white sugar and 1 T. flour place in double boiler, and to this add 1 T. butter 3 T. vinegar 1 beaten egg, 1/2 c. sweet cream and 1/2 t salt Stir well and cook untill it thickens while mixture is still hot add 2 hard boiled eggs which have been finely choped, 1 pkg cream cheese 1 small can finely choped pimento, if kept in a glass jar in a cool place this spread will keep for a long time Maddie
