75 Supper Dishes Welsh Rarebit Heat: 1 cup milk in double boiler Add: 2 teas. corn starch disolved in milk with 1/4 teas. mustard, 1/2 teas. salt, butter size of walnut, 1 egg and 1/2 lb grated cheese. Serve on toast or crackers. Stuffed Peppers. 2 c. cooked rice 1 c. "more" minced chopped celery tomato paste, 1 egg. Raw peppers. Fill peppers and put crushed potato chips on the top
