Cup Cake 2 cup sugar 1 cup butter 5 eggs 4 cups of flour 1 cup sour cream 1/2 tea-spoonful soda 1 tea-spoonful ess. lemon 1 nutmeg grated In making cup cake beat the sugar and butter to a cream. add the yolks of the eggs, the cup of cream alternately with half the flour, the whites of the eggs alternately with the remainder of the flour. 1/4 lb. butter, 2 cups sugar, beaten together. 2 eggs, 2 cups flour, 1 cup [sour?] milk, 1 table spoonful soda, 1/2 spoonful ess. lemon 1 nutmeg.
