Evaporated Milk Ice Cream 1 can (large) Carnation milk 1/2 c. fruit 1 c. sugar 1 c. whipped cream scant tbsp. lemon juice Chocolate Cake 1/2 c. milk & 1/2 c. grated chocolate, cook few minutes (til thick) & set aside to cool. 3 eggs 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. flour 1 scant c. milk When choc. mixture is cool, add to it 1/2 tsp. baking soda. Add to cake mixture after eggs are in & before flour etc. is added.
