21 Thursday February 11th 1875. This morning Will took me to school in the buggy as they took the sleigh down town. He came after me in the evening. Uncle Albert went home this morning. In the evening we all went down to Mr Duncans to spend the evening. Had a very pleasant time indeed I wrote to Rob today and a note to a friend in Newark, Ohio. I had a letter from Mother. Weather cold and the sleighing splendid. Friday February 12th 1875 I rode to school and back today. In the evening when I got home I found Ettie there. Us girls all dressed before supper to go to the Universalist Social. As soon as we had eaten supper we went down town Ettie going with us. After she got home and Tommy came they came to the conclusion they would go too. So all hands went and what a jolly time we did have. I as usual danced every set. We got home at just twelve oclock. The weather is still cold. Saturday February 13th 1875. We did not get up very early this morning. As soon as I got the room cleaned up I dressed to go down town. I went down in the sleigh with Uncle and
