Saturday January 5- 1935 I busy here at home in AM. Mrs. Welsh here doing cleaning. Tishie & Eloise here in PM for a long call. Hattie got home before four oclock and I went home with Rob for supper and some visit. Sunday January 6- 1935 I went to church with The Andersons. Spent the rest of the day here. While the Gays were away in PM. slept awhile. Ottcame later for a call. Evening reading and listening to Radio weather warm. that snow thawed Monday January 7- 1935 There was a dense fog today. I had letter from Alberta wrote to her & Mrs [name]. also a card to Lorna Mason. I worked at the crotchet work. Mrs Welsh did washing Tuesday January 8- 1935 Busy at home all day still dark with fog. Hattie here in afternoon Mrs Gay away in evening Wednesday January 9- 935 Did crotchet work in AM. In afternoon went with the Andersons to the meeting at Mrs [Mapes?] a lady brought several of us home. Letter from Lois [ [Brennan?] and card from Winnie Evening busy at home Thursday January 10- 1935 Snowing this morning wrote Winnie I worked at the crotchet work. Late in PM. Mary came for me to stay over there for the night. The young folks away I had a good visit with Ott. Hattie here in AM for a short stay. Mrs Gay had her card club here tonight.
