Friday January 11- 1935 Mary brought me home this morning. I worked at my crochet work all day. Card from Laura and letter from Edith Whetstone. Mrs Gay away at supper time Saturday January 12- 1935 I went home with Rob at noon. I had such a good visit with Hattie about her trip. It rained so I stayed all night. Which I enjoyed very much Sunday January 13- 1935 I came down with Rob in time for breakfast here. Got ready for church. Went with the Andersons. After dinner figured up for income tax. Gave it to Ott when he came to take me to Mrs. Ed. Brown's funeral. I wrote Mrs Falk in evening. Very cold. Monday January 14- 1935 A cold day. I got the set ready for Rob's chair (and began another). Hattie came for it late in PM Mrs. Gay away in evening. No mail for me today. Tuesday January 15- 1935 I was busy at home in AM. Rob came for me soon after dinner. I met Hattie at the Englert. We went to a picture show. She came later and Rob found her here. Mrs Gay out for the evening. I did crochet work Wednesday January 16- 1935 Mrs Gay at the shop Mrs Gay left before noon for the north part of the state. It rained and froze as it fell all afternoon. Ice every where. Letters from Winnie & Lorna a year ago today, Hattie and I here with Mrs. Brown in the [Folsum?] [house?]
