Thursday February 28- 1935 The sun shone and the snow is going away. I wrote Leona & Edith in AM I was home all day I was busy with things I wanted to do. Friday March 1st- 1935 William took me up town in forenoon. I did a number of errands and went to Dr Smiths office home by Bus. at one oclock Mary took me up to The Englert to meet Hattie and see "The Mighty Barnum' we walked home. Rob came for her. I was very tired. Saturday March 2- 1935 I went home with William a little while in AM I had written LeGrand a letter he mailed for me a letter from Lorna. Wrote her a card and a business letter to Chicago. Was here and busy all afternoon. Sunday March 3- 1935 I went to church with the Andersons. read some in the papers and slept part of the afternoon. It was a dark rainy afternoon. Rob & Hattie over to see Ott awhile. They report him improving. Evening here. Monday March 4- 1935 Home all day busy with different things began another chair set in crotchet work. Over to Byingtons in evening gave Mrs Gay check for $15.00 September [found?] overlooked. Tuesday March 5- 1935 Busy here in AM. Went to see George Arliss in The Duke of Wellington with Hattie in PM. Cora took me up & walked home. Ott not so well. It is 34 years today Lee was buried. letter from Winnie
