Saturday June 22 1935 I was home all day I did some crotchet work and slept in PM. May here at work part of the day. William came and took me over there for the evening. Sunday June 30 1935 I got up very late but went to church with [Elmer?]. As soon as I got home William came to take me over there. They left for Iowa Co as soon as they ate dinner. I stayed with Ott. William brought me home before six oclock wrote a letter to Alice [Condon?] cards to The [Moran? Mason?] Girls & The Brown Girls. Rob & Coras wedding day. Monday July 1st 1935 Cora took me up town I was at the bank did several errands and walked home. I crotcheted and slept awhile in the PM. rain late in the day. Tuesday July 2 1935 I went over to [illegible] Spencers in a taxi with Hattie at noon to a cousins party. From there to Otts to stay all night as William & Mary had gone to Des Moines. Mrs [Gay?] had company arrive from Nebraska jist at noon She & May had done the washing early. Wednesday July 3 1935 We were at home all day. Weather warmer I crotcheted on Mrs Gays foot stool cover. Read some and talked with Ott. William & Mary got home at nine oclock. I stayed all night. Ott had letter from LeGrand I wrote to them.
