Sunday July 14- 1935 Did not go to SS Church wrote Lara Winine Took a good sleep after dinner we had early supper. William came for me. Later we went up to Whetstones and rode awhile we stopped to imagine about [illegible] was sorry to learn she had a bad [illegible] in P.M. Monday July 15- 1935 I was busy all forenoon Early in PM went to a picture show with the Whetstones very good. After supper William came for me to sit with [Cath] and watch the total eclipse of the moon. Letter from Mrs Falk. Tuesday July 16 1935 I wrote some cards. Hattie called to ask if had heard from Aunt Emma and said this morning paper told she that was Lillian. Prentise was [illegible] in the east. I went with the Whetstones to a Red luncheon at [Mercere?] after supper rode to Oxford with the ]Bajingtons?] Aunt Emma['s sonnie Walter?] Wednesday July 17 1935
