Wednesday November 13th 1935 Hattie went to call at Hunters in AM as she could not go to Mr Hunters funeral later. Dr Ned up to see me. he thinks I can go back to Gays soon. Blanche & Cora busy in the kitchen in AM. I wrote Laura in PM. Hattie & Cora to crotchet club in PM. Thursday November 14th 1935 I folded towels in AM. Rob & Blanche went to Cedar Rapids and Hattie & Cora to Red luncheon at Mrs Newcombs. Letter from Ida. Slept some in afternoon The Byingtons here in evening. I got down for some meals. Friday November 15th 1935 I folded more towels in AM. Cora & Blanche home all day. Hattie to Pension board meeting in PM. weather cold & cloudy. The month is half gone. Saturday November 16th 1935 I worked with the towels for the store part of the day. The girls were home all day. They listened to the ball game at Lafayette Ind. I slept a couple of hours. Sunday November 17th 1935 Hattie to S S & the girls went to church to bring her home. I slept awhile in P.M. Then packed my things and the girls brought me lack to Gays. After supper I unpacked and put things in place. The Gays had company. Monday November 18, 1935 I put in all forenoon looking over letters and cleaning out my desk. Slept in PM. Mrs Gay away in evening. Letter from Winnie. a month yesterday they brought me from Delavan.
