Wednesday December 18th 1935 The girls went to Mrs Falks to a luncheon. I put in some time writing. sent letters or cards to the Seiberts, Mrs E B Moore, Mrs Wade, The Blacks & The Briggs at Frankfort, Ohio. Rob was so busy he did not get home all day. Thursday December 19th 1935 The girls were busy at home all day. It turned cold. Rob gone all day. I wrote letter or cards to Harry Able, Paul Fletcher, Emma Herriott, Lizzie Duncan, Mattie Stitt & Harry Woods family. Friday December 20th 1935 We heard this morning that Virginia Sweeney had broken her hip and was at Mercy Hospital. Dr Ned came up to see me. The Fraternity Boys had a great time with their cars on account of ice. Hattie away in PM. I rested. Later wrote Caroline Peckham. Dr [Burje?] & Family, Laura & Edith. Mrs W E Culbertson & Rebecca Davidson. Had letter from Grace McCallister telling of Cousin Janes funeral. a fine letter from LeGrand. Saturday December 21st 1935 Hattie was home all day. Cora down town late in PM. I put in my spare time writing letters and card. sent them down by Alice in evening. Wrote letters to Edith Whetstone, The Brown Girls, LeGrand & Alberta, Sophia Woolf. Cards to The Pickens, The Lowes, Mrs [Dinse?] and Mary Price & family. weather cloudy threatening snow.
