45 Thursday April 20th 1876. I sewed till eleven oclock and then went to town after some things I needed. I got back just as dinner was ready. We girls a new sheet of music apiece today from Ottumwa I worked on Mothers over-skirt this afternoon. Winnie was over to stay all night and we played whist. quite a pleasant day. Friday April 21st 1876. I cut out three shirts for Lee this morning Mother and Blanche went to town and did not get home till dinner was ready. I sewed all the afternoon And wrote a letter to Lizzie Lindley at night and an order for more music enclosing the money for that we got yesterday. The boys all went to society and it was quiet enough here. Saturday April 22nd 1876. I dont think I ever saw a finer day in April I walked over town this morning carried the cream over and a market basket full of stuff home. I sewed all
