94. Saturday August 19th 1876. Just as I finished the morning work Hatt came home. We got the dinner, and I did not do much of any thing in the afternoon. Winnie was over to dinner and I went home with her and stayed till after supper It was nearly dark when I got home. Dan Luse spent the evening here. Weather a little cooler and pleasanter this evening. Sunday August 20th 1876. A very pleasant day. Mother and Father went to Aunt Walkers. I wrote a long letter to Lizzie Lindley in the forenoon and in the afternoon went down to Robinsons. I got the lunch at eight. Hattie went riding with Winnie and Jim. Monday August 21st 1876. I sewed for myself all day. Mother did some washing in the afternoon and put the clothes to soak. Hattie did not feel very well but helped some with the work.
