I helped do up the work and when Rob went to church I walked over to Wins to see Lorna He called for me and we came home together Aunt Sarah and Uncle Will was here I helped get dinner and wrote a little. Mother went to the cemetery. Hatt and I went down through the lot and met Win and Laura. I walked clear over to town with Laura and Win came up and stayed till dark. As soon as I got back Rob and I took a horse-back ride I enjoyed it very much. It was late when we got supper over. I went to bed early. Monday September 25th 1876. I did the washing this forenoon and in afternoon Hatt and I put in all the time putting things to rights in our room. Tuesday September 26th 1876.
